The house was just perfect for our needs . 3 good size bedrooms ,very clean bathroom,kitchen. Plenty of parking. Easy to make contact with query we had over entry to property . Just a shame only had streaming services and not BBC , ITV etc . Would stay again if in area.

201 Bredon Avenue Positive: Very warm on entry! Lovely. The house was very clean, especially the beds and bed linen. Comfortable beds. Decor pleasant and lounge / dining room size were good. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped Modern bathroom Negative: Very minor things. Only glasses were wine glasses. Other than those, five mugs were all there was to drink out of. Could have done with more plates /bowls/ cutlery. Blinds / curtains in the larger front bedroom not in great condition.

Positive: Booked for men working in the area, they never advise what they like with a property only what they dont like and there were no complaints from the men staying.

Roomy house suitable for families or upto 3 couples (3 double beds) Positive: Nice roomy 3 bedroom house with potential. A few tweaks needed. Great for a family or 2 families with kids. Negative: The lack of promised shampoo (shower gel was provided) Lack of info in the house about the house and area. The very annoying light in the hallway which had a very sensitive sensor and flashed on through out the night. Plug sockets behind toaster did not work. Glasses or tumblers would have been nice for the kids to drink out of (mugs and large wine glasses provided). Garden needed attention. Ants were in dining room
